Andrea Tortorella, is a Certified Holistic Health Counselor who was first inspired by nutrition back in her 20s when she realized how certain foods affected her body. Her mission is to help people form a healthy relationship with food by not looking at it as “calories” but as a means by which to nourish not only your body but your mind and spirit as well.
By forming a healthy relationship with food herself, Andrea was able to achieve not only a healthier body, but the bonus was a more focused mind and happier spirit.
