FORM A HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD
This series is designed to help teens better understand not only what to eat, but when to eat. Looking at food as nourishment and not fearing food is key to forming a healthy relationship with your cuisine! If you’re an athlete you’ll want to learn how to create the energy you need to better your performance! Want to improve those grades? You will also learn how food can help you think more clearly, keep your focus and achieve the grades you never thought possible. Want to build a healthier body – do it with quality food choices! Whatever your goal, you won’t want to miss this fun-filled series.
We will be having monthly teen classes on Sundays at 3pm
