 Working with Andrea over the past 2 years has been a fantastic experience for me. It first started with healthy cooking classes which allowed me to begin cooking healthier for my whole family by introducing more whole foods as well as new foods into our diet. I then decided to do the Metabollic Testing - and was I glad I did! One of the most positive outcomes of changing my eating habits was the stopping of night sweats! From the day I changed my habits, the sweating stopped! This alone has been worth everything. I also lost 5 pounds and overall have more energy. I am working hard at "slowing down" in general and being aware of the "moment" - that is for example not eating while doing other tasks. This is harder for me based on my personality, but I am confident that through the on-going support from Andrea, this too will be accomplished!

FORM A HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD

This series is designed to help teens better understand not only what to eat, but when to eat. Looking at food as nourishment and not fearing food is key to forming a healthy relationship with your cuisine! If you’re an athlete you’ll want to learn how to create the energy you need to better your performance! Want to improve those grades? You will also learn how food can help you think more clearly, keep your focus and achieve the grades you never thought possible. Want to build a healthier body – do it with quality food choices! Whatever your goal, you won’t want to miss this fun-filled series.

We will be having monthly teen classes on Sundays at 3pm
