series is designed to help teens better understand not only what to eat,
but when to eat. Looking at food as nourishment and not fearing food is
key to forming a healthy relationship with your cuisine! If you're an
athlete you'll want to learn how to create the energy you need to better
your performance! Want to improve those grades? You will also learn how
food can help you think more clearly, keep your focus and achieve the
grades you never thought possible. Want to build a healthier body - do it
with quality food choices! Whatever your goal, you won't want to miss this
fun-filled series. Our menu this month will

Who do you
want to be come January 1st? Do you want to be exhausted and depleted from
the holiday season or do you want to remain energetic, and enthusiastic
about the upcoming new year? The choice is yours. Join us for an evening
of inspiration and education and benefit from others who share your
interest in remaining energetic for the new year. You will receive tips to
help you avoid the slam of the holiday tidel wave and techniques to keep
you afloat. A light meal will be served and recipes will be given.

| WHITE BEAN DIP ON
HEMPSEED BREAD
1 can
cannellini beans 1 sprig rosemary juice of 1/2 lemon 1 garlic clove extra
virgin olive oil Organic Sliced tomato Hempseed Bread
Place first four ingredients in food processor. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil until smooth. Meanwhile toast Hempseed Bread in toaster Spread bean dip on hempseed bread and top with fresh tomato slices. | ||||||
